Like competing with Dubai which buil unique hotels under the sea, Istanbul are also being built hotel under the sea which planned will be completed around the year 2010.
The hotel is located in the former cigarette factory, a historic building in 1930 and will consist of 7 floors of all the floors at the bottom of the sea and all rooms have a view confirmed the beautiful underwater world.
The hotel also will be one 7-star hotel and of course 100% waterproof . Between underwater hotel in Dubai and Istanbul have 2 common similarity : both built under the sea and the price per night must be extremely expensive
